The Revenues & Benefits service telephone opening hours are 10am – 2pm (Monday to Friday) so that colleagues can focus outside of these hours on customers who have contacted us by email.

We are committed to providing all our customers with the support they need during this time, and so we are allocating our resource to enable us to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT – Please be aware that the Telephone Payment line is currently unavailable until the 17th of August, however the online payment page is still available.

 

Revenues, Benefits and Coronavirus

During this period our teams will be focused on administering the new financial support being provided by Central Government and as a result we would appreciate it if you contacted the service by email to allow completion of this much needed support.

We would encourage anybody with a query or who is experiencing financial hardship to visit www.gov.uk website which has information on alternative income such as Universal Credit. Any resident who needs advice or assistance can also contact the Revenues and Benefits Service by email to:
