Why are you seeing this page?
We wanted to let you know that your Revenues & Benefits service will no longer be provided under the CenSus shared service with Mid-Sussex District Council.
From the 1st April 2018, this service will be provided under a new shared service agreement with LGSS.
As a customer we can confirm that this will not impact the service that you receive in relation to Housing Benefit, Council Tax and Business Rates.
As part of the transfer process to LGSS the website is currently being re-developed. This does mean that there will be a new look and feel to what you are used to seeing, with the new site being developed to ensure improved ease of access.
You may also notice that some of our forms still make reference to existing Mid-Sussex phone numbers and email addresses. Please be assured that these remain correct and your call or email will still be answered by the relevant team. As the transfer of the service continues, these contact details will be updated.
